I'm almost through with my first bottles and I like this stuff. I'm taking these with the dangerous curves capsules. At first the taste of the extracts was kinda strange, but now it's yummy and I can hardly wait for each dose. I take 3 doses a day at 6 hrs apart. When I take a dose I can feel it flow through me. By now I can feel differences emotionally. Not sure if I'm seeing any changes physically yet. Before this, I've taken 2 orders of the capsule form of these. First it was the 3 pk, then the 4 pk. Gonna keep taking the extracts much as I can.
